A bebber is a supercharged QR Code - loaded with you informations you attach to it. And the best of it - you can edit and update it any time.
The name of your bebber is also attached to the qr code. The name is also the headline when you open your bebber qr code.
Add some text or a simple list to your qr code.
Now add media like a image, photo, movie from your device or record a image or movie directly during the creation of your bebber.
At the last step of the creation process you enter your email adress and you get instantly an email with your bebber qr code as pdf which contains: the link to view it online and an edit link if you wish to update your linked content later.
As an alternative you can create and download sticker sheets with pre-created bebber qr codes for later use. So you print them, attach the bebber to your favourite place and when you use the bebber the first time you will be asked to load your bebber with content. Perfect for a larger amount of bebber you wish to supercharge later.
There are a lot of use cases to attach a bebber in the real world. Checkout the bebber stories for some really common use of bebber. From our community we also received a lot of cool examples how they use bebber in their private or business live:
But this is just the beginning - if you have a cool idea or example, please sent it over to stories@bebber.com Every month we check the new ideas and for each video feature we produce the sender of the idea get 1000 euro form us.
We searched for a web tool which let us directly add informations to a QR code that are not existing on the web as a webpage. We want to add text, image, video or a pdf document, and it should be private and not on a public indexed link. Additionally we want to update and edit the linked content to a later time. After a longer research we didn’t found a nice and easy solution - So this was the reason to create bebber.
Why the heck you called it bebber? Pretty easy: We are a team of tech & creative people from germany and it the south of germany there is a Swabian slang word for a sticker and this is called: bebber
Because QR Codes are the only well known cross platform solution to link data to a physical location. Due to covid everyone knows how to use this tech. Beacons or NFC are to expensive and not every mobile can handle this. Until we see another tech solution qr codes are our way to go.
If you don’t need a supercharged qr code now but are looking to create a qr code simply to link to your website or to your LinkedIn profile, head over to our friends at https://goqr.me/
On our roadmap we have some really cool functions like automatic translation or single view use bebber. We will contiously improve the functions of bebber - perhaps we will implement a pro version of bebber with a personal dashboard so that you can have all your created bebber in a nice overview or even with tracking capabilities.
There are a few good ones outside - in our daily life we always need to record videos and manipulate files, on desktop and mobile. Therefore some of our current favourites
For dual cam videos which will record your front and back camera at the same time we use Double Cam or we use Flip camera
For merging PDF files: We use the online service of adobe or on our iOS mobiles we use the files app.
We print a lot of qr codes in our company every day. Here is our list of recommended printers in the moment:
